We hosted Prasanna Raghavan, Country Head – Finance & Sustainability at The Ascott Limited India, for a deep dive into how solutions across energy, water, and circularity can be practically deployed in hospitality assets and business parks.

What stood out was Prasanna’s belief that sustainability works best when finance and sustainability teams operate together, not in silos. Ascott is already piloting climate solutions across its properties in India and actively exploring innovations globally.

- Arjun P Gupta (Smart Joules) and Jeeten (JD) Desai (Ambiator Private Limited) shared energy efficiency and alternate cooling solutions for hospitality
- Mansi Jain (DigitalPaani) and Ganesh Shankar (FluxGen) discussed water management across hotels and business parks
- Srinivasa Raju Namburi (BridgeThings IoT) highlighted the need for integrated utility monitoring platforms
- Priyanshu Kumath (Clean-Water (Sustainable Water Technologies Pvt. Ltd.)) shared approaches to lake rejuvenation and restoration for resorts and community ecosystems

What made the session truly special was that founders didn’t leave with just ideas, they left with scheduled follow-ups, warm introductions, and real pathways to collaboration. That’s a community win, and one we hope to multiply.
