The Sustainability Mafia and Nadhi-SheForClimate together created the Climate Careers Exchange with one simple belief: the climate talent problem isn’t a talent problem, it’s an access problem. And sometimes, all it takes is putting the right people in the right room for something powerful to shift.

It had about 44 women, 6 organizations, and 17 live roles...the energy in the room, the meaningful conversations, and the follow-ups that started right there was amazing and immaculate....hiring teams said it felt like weeks of recruitment compressed into just a few hours.
