Anirudh's mission is to be a social innovator, industrial designer and storyteller; by living at the intersection of art & science, poetry & philosophy. His passions are to read voraciously, write vigorously, invest diligently, meditate consciously, workout, and travel wanderlust-ly.
His goals are to: 1) create innovative solutions to address humanity's hierarchy of needs, and 2) to spark people's minds with great stories.​ He goes where his curiosity takes him and believes in playing the long game.

He previously worked in the aerospace industry for 4 years with Airbus Defence & Space as a Strategy & Business Development Exec. He has also interned with McKinsey & Company prior to Airbus.
Anirudh got his Bachelor's degree from the University of California - Berkeley
Ganesh Shankar, did his BE from RV College of Engineering. He worked for a year with a start-up called NextFirst Engineering in the field of Special Purpose Machines & Robotics before pursuing his masters at IISc. He later worked with General Electric for Aviation systems business, where he developed "Flight Management Control System FMCS" along with a team of embedded systems engineers.
He along with other professionals from IIT and IIM co-founded FluxGen Engineering Technologies in the year 2011 to develop technologies in Renewable Energy domain and Smart MicroGrids.
He currently operates as the Managing Director of FluxGen. His aim is to push technologies for energy and water management systems so that they become economically viable and reliable by using the power of IoT.
Arjun is on a mission to eliminate India’s need for fossil fuels. He started Smart Joules in 2014 to drive energy efficiency improvements across India’s businesses and factories, since efficiency is the most scalable way to tackle climate and economic injustice.
Smart Joules makes energy systems intelligent and efficient by deploying self-designed AI and IoT technologies and offers energy reductions to businesses under a unique Pay-As-You-Save business model. Under Arjun’s leadership, Smart Joules has grown to a team of more than eighty-five professionals and has eliminated energy waste equivalent to the annual consumption of more than 15,000 households.

Arjun got his Master’s degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and graduated from the University of California – Berkeley with Bachelor’s degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering and Economics.
